Understand the social conditioning that makes it hard for women to set boundaries and how with a few mindset shifts and proven-techniques they can set, hold and reinforce boundaries
Strengths-based Career Design
Identify participants’ unique strengths and explore how to integrate them into their day-to-day work, so their careers feel more effortless, successful and energizing (pilot)
